You can have your traditional commissions and prints delivered directly to your doorstep.
Order processing
Before ordering a custom design, please message me on social media or email me at "ulakosh0411@gmail.com" with a high quality picture and a description of what you'd like to see in your commission. I reserve the right to refuse to fulfill your order if it goes against my policies. Depending where you are in my queue, after payment your commission will be finished anywhere from a few days to 2 months max (if you are at the end). I process the print orders out the same day/next business day I receive them. Commission orders are shipped out the same day/next business day they are finished.Please understand and take this time into consideration before ordering. For your order you will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date(s).
International and local shipping options
- Domestic deliveries are made through "NovaPoshta" and take 2-14 business days.
- International deliveries are made through "UkrPoshta" and take 14-21 days depending on a location.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please note: although I try my best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Order tracking
1. Go to UkrPoshta's website at https://www.ukrposhta.ua/en
2. Paste your tracking number from the "Shipping Information" email you got. If you haven't received the email, please check your spam. If the letter is nowhere to be found I am always happy to help at "ulakosh0411@gmail.com".
3. Click the "Track" button.

Shipping costs
Shipping fee depends on weight and is calculated at checkout.
Payment processing
The order amount will be captured from your account as soon as your order has been placed.
Returns
You can return physical non-custom goods of proper quality if the goods do not match the description in the online store within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. Return of goods is accepted if they have not been used and if their commercial appearance, consumer properties, packaging, labels are preserved.
Digital goods are non-refundable.
